The General Meeting
The Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association (MKE REIA) is the place for real estate investors, REALTORS, and contractors to network, learn, and develop their businesses. We serve the greater Milwaukee area, including Milwaukee County and all of the surrounding counties.
Every month, there are opportunities for you to network, socialize, and get educated on everything real estate. You will want to participate in our General Meetings, our Real Estate Rountable and, for the ladies, our Women's Investing Networking Group (WINGS). Every month brings new and fresh opportunities.

Asset Protection with Bill Noll.
When you purchase, rehab, wholesale, or rent properties, you're a target. A target for lawsuits and judgments, and if you don't know what you're doing, you're sitting out there in a risky position. Join us for this General Meeting session where Bill Noll will discuss creative strategies for protecting your assets.
Here's a few of the things that he will cover...
- Why an LLC for every property is not only expensive, but still does not totally protect you. A much better, easier and cheaper strategy is available that you will love.
- The Insurance Myth; unlucky 13 liabilities that insurance does not cover, which could lead to expensive legal action. How to protect your family against these dangerous liabilities.
- Beware of rip-off Nevada promoters who lie to you about Nevada privacy and protection, give wrong costly advice and sock you with big fees. Save thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration by not falling victim to their scams. Which state is best?
- The costly, irreversible disasters of beginners not having an LLC properly set up. Don't let this happen to you.
- Why wholesalers and rehabbers can be prone to legal actions as much as landlords and what you need to do to be protected.
- When transferring property to an LLC, legally avoid the lender's due-on-sale clause and the transfer taxes in any state. Be free of income taxes and IRS issues.
- Use the miracle of Componentizing to triple your depreciation deductions with no cash outlay. Create paper loss deductions and dramatically increase your tax-free cash flow.
- Sell your properties tax free and keep all of your profits. There is a very specific way to do this.
Join us for this extensive exploration of the ways of protecting your assets.
