TOPIC 1	Dona Myers, Summit LDS	Dona has 30+ years experience in the title and closing industry in multiple states. She has owned her own companies for the majority of those years. This month, Dona will be speaking about title letters and the need to fully understand encumbrances on a property before purchase.
TOPIC 2	Jason Stendalen, Don-Rick Insurance	Jason has been advising investors on specialty insurance products for their projects for over 15 years. This month Jason will be talking about the importance of vacant property insurance and the replacement-cost option.
