WB-11: Residential Offer to Purchase
Sets the basic proposed terms and conditions between the Buyer and Seller in a real estate transaction. Once the Offer is signed by the Buyer and the Seller, and the contained contingencies are met, it then becomes a legally binding agreement.
WB-40: Amendment to Offer to Purchase
Used when both parties are agreeing to modify the terms of an accepted offer to purchase. Examples include: change price, move closing date, extend the deadline on an inspection contingency, or documenting any other new agreement made by the parties.
