Jeff is a graduate of Ohio Bible College and Cleveland Marshall College of Law.  He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in May 1991.  For nearly 24 years, he has been a full-time attorney with an active trial/hearing practice.  For more than nine years, he has been the owner of a successful law practice.

 Jeff has been a landlord and real estate investor since 1994.  His real estate investing experience includes rehabbing, creative buying, long-term holding of numerous rental properties and apartment buildings, short sales in more than one state, private lending, and self-directed retirement account investing.  As a frequent and popular guest speaker and teacher on stages and webinars, he has become recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the field of real estate investing, wealth building and self-directed retirement account transactions.

He currently represents established real estate investors in commercial and residential matters when the investments involve self-directed retirement accounts.  He was a nationally-recognized authority in the area of short-sale transactions, disclosures and regulatory concerns.  He was the co-creator of the Option Contract method that dramatically changed the short-sale process and transparently discloses “back-to-back” transactions for short-sale quick-turns.
